We generally try to recommend our guests something that is neither too touristy nor too expensive, but in any case, authentic and Venetian
Aquila Nera
Historical trattoria in Venice, just outside the hotel.
A few small tables outside or even inside, offering a typical traditional menu
Da Gislon
A characteristic and historic rotisserie in the city, a stone’s throw from the hotel.
Here the mozzarella in carrozza is very good and typical, but the menu obviously also offers other typical city delicacies
Al Conte Pescaor
Located in a quiet calle between St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, a good, typical Venetian restaurant with very friendly service.
Prices are fair for the location, with a typical Venetian menu.
Da Carletto
A few steps from your flat, this is a cosy, typical Venetian osteria. 8/10 tables at most, which makes eating here very relaxing.
Typical menu, courteous staff.
Vino Vino
Located next to the magnificent La Fenice Theatre, in a typically Venetian atmosphere, it offers seating in a private inner courtyard.
Typical Venetian menu and family atmosphere.
Al Giardinetto
A typical Venetian restaurant, it does not have outdoor seating but has a lovely private garden inside, as well as some indoor seating.
Typical Venetian menu and family atmosphere.
Bistrot de Venise
For an unforgettable, romantic dinner, excellent service and food.
You will not regret it. Prices are higher than all those suggested above.
Luna Sentada
Tables both inside and especially outside, facing the canal. Especially in the evening, a quiet and romantic atmosphere.
Typical Venetian menu and very precise service.
Reservation is recommended, if not compulsory, at weekends.
Remember that in the evening, almost all the city’s venues now do double duty to better manage the flow, so it’s either 7.00 pm or 9.00 pm.
